🐾 IMPORTANT UPDATE – CANCELLATION POLICY 🐾
We’re introducing a new cancellation policy at West End Walkies Glasgow from Monday 23rd November 2026, giving all our lovely clients advance notice! 🐶
As we’ve grown, our walks now involve multiple vans, team members and carefully planned daily routes.
Every space on our vans is reserved for your dog, and last-minute cancellations can leave spaces we’re unable to fill once everything has been arranged.
📅 Our Thursday 5pm deadline isn’t changing!
✅ Before 5pm Thursday – FREE cancellations or changes for the following week.
🐾 After 5pm Thursday – Cancellation charges of up to 50% may apply.
🐾 Less than 24 hours’ notice – Cancellation charges of up to 100% may apply.
🔄 Need to swap days? We’ll always try to accommodate another day that week if we have space!
❤️ Unexpected emergency? We understand things happen and are always happy to discuss individual circumstances.
Any cancellation charges will reflect genuine losses, with reductions where we’re able to fill the space or avoid costs.
These changes will help us keep our walks sustainable, support our fantastic team and continue providing a reliable service for all the dogs who join us each week. 🐕
Thank you for continuing to support our small, growing business! 💜🐾
📲 Full details are available on our website.

🐾 Everyone needs a Cleo in their life! 🥹❤️
Meet the gorgeous Cleo, our lovely Labradoodle who’s been part of the West End Walkies family since April 2025! 🐶💕
Cleo is one of our regulars, joining us for multiple adventures a day, most days of the week! 🌳🐾
We’d love to tell you who her best friends are, but honestly… Cleo is besties with EVERYONE! 🤣❤️
She’s always one of the first to welcome a new dog into the group, helping them settle in, build confidence and feel right at home on our walks. 🥰
Whether she’s making new friends, running around with the gang or posing for gorgeous photos like this, Cleo is an absolute superstar! 📸✨
Who’s lucky enough to have a Cleo in their life? 🐾💗
